By downloading or using ActivArt ("the app", "the service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or this website.

1. Description of the Service

ActivArt is a mobile application that reads your fitness activity data (from Strava, Health Connect, or Apple Health), scans photos on your device taken during those activities, and lets you apply AI image effects using Google's Gemini API. The app facilitates sharing the results to other platforms. All core data processing and photo scanning happens locally on your device.

To use ActivArt, you may need a valid account with Strava or other health platforms. You agree to comply with their respective terms of service. ActivArt is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by these third parties.

5. Premium Features & Subscriptions

Certain features, such as advanced Logo Overlays and higher AI generation limits, require a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription. These are managed through platform app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play Store).

6. Mandatory Disclaimer

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACTIVART DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS (INCLUDING STRAVA, INC. AND GOOGLE LLC) REGARDING THE SERVICE AND ITS DATA. THESE PROVIDERS ARE EXCLUDED FROM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

ActivArt is provided "as is". We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the app, including loss of photos, data, or unexpected AI generation results.
